Terms of Use

1. The service

Hemen Dönüştür is a free online tool that converts documents in PDF, DOCX, DOC, RTF, TXT, HTML, UDF and Markdown formats into other formats. No account is required. Files of up to 100 MB can be uploaded. Conversion takes place on our servers, and converted files are deleted within 30 minutes at the latest.

2. Provided "as is"

The service is provided free of charge and "as is". Because of technical differences between document formats, we do not guarantee that the converted output will match the source document exactly in fonts, layout, tables, images or other formatting.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service without prior notice. You are responsible for checking the converted document before using it for any official or legal purpose.

3. Your responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions for the files you upload, and processing them does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or personality rights.
• You will not upload unlawful content, malware, child sexual abuse material or content that infringes the rights of others.
• If your documents contain other people's personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data.
• You will use the service in compliance with applicable law and only for document conversion.

4. E-signed UDF documents

When an e-signed UDF document is converted, the electronic signatures are not valid in the converted output (for example, PDF or Word). The converted document does not replace the signed original and cannot be used as a signed document in official proceedings. Always rely on the original UDF file and the records in UYAP for legally valid documents.

5. Abuse and usage limits

To keep the service fair and stable for everyone, request and file size limits apply. The following are prohibited:

• Overloading the service with automated tools or attempting to circumvent its limits,
• Probing the service for vulnerabilities or attempting to disrupt its operation,
• Integrating the service into a commercial product or reselling it without permission.

We may restrict or block access for users we find to be violating these terms, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and to the conversion results; we claim no rights over them. The Hemen Dönüştür brand, site design, software and content belong to Detartech Teknoloji or its licensors. Open-source components used in the service are subject to their own licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Detartech Teknoloji is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the service, conversion errors, data loss, the deletion of files after they expire, or the use of converted documents. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, or to cases where liability cannot be limited by law.

We recommend always keeping your own backups of important documents.

8. Privacy

How your files and personal data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
